An all-new Tribute Store has opened just in time for the 2023 Mardi Gras celebration at the Universal Orlando Resort, which runs from February 4th to April 16th.
The Tribute Store has been moved from the New York section of Universal Studios Florida and is now located in Hollywood (within the old UOAP Lounge as well as the Williams of Hollywood prop shop). Themed after a prohibition era New Orleans speakeasy, this multi-room was has some of your favorite merch including shirts, hats, mask and, of course, beads. There are also some delightful treats near the end of the store.
Upon entry, visitors will find themselves in the Ambassador Ballroom which includes a grand piano, drum set and a number of musical instruments. There’s plenty of shirts and souvenirs to be found throughout the room as well as a number of displays from Mardi Gras celebrations around the world.
After leaving the ballroom visitors will find themselves in a dark alley with an eerie statue as a centerpiece. There is plenty of “dark” merch to be found here.
Next up is the Brass and Brimstone speakeasy which is within the confines of an abandoned hotel. There is a large hotel bar donned with a number of bottes of “Tribute Spirits” that have photos of some very interesting personalities.
The final room consists of the checkout counter, a massive fireplace, plenty of additional merch and a case full of sweet treats which include:

As a reminder, Universal’s Mardi Gras is free with admission and has one of the best theme park parades (held nightly) and great concerts on weekends.
